You focus on healing.
We’ll carry the rest.
We represent you, and only you. Never the insurance company. Together, we take on the insurers for people hurt in car wrecks, trucking collisions, falls and other preventable injuries across metro Atlanta and Georgia, handling the injury claim and the vehicle claim side by side so you can focus on getting better.
If someone else’s carelessness hurt you, we can help.
Don’t see your situation here? Call us anyway. If we’re not the right fit, we’ll tell you who is.

Most firms handle your injury claim and leave you to argue with the insurer about your car. We handle both, together.
Your injury claim
We get you to the right medical care, including treatment on an attorney lien if you can’t pay up front, and we pursue the full compensation you are owed for your injuries, lost income and the ways your life changed.
Total loss? We check their math.
Insurers value totaled cars with software that leans low. Our in-house vehicle specialist runs an independent valuation of your car, with its real options, mileage and condition, and we use it to challenge a lowball total-loss offer.
Repaired? Recover the lost value.
A car with an accident on its history is worth less, even after a perfect repair. Georgia lets you claim that diminished value from the at-fault driver’s insurer. We calculate it and pursue it, and we connect you with trusted local repair shops.
Vehicle valuation and repair guidance is provided by the firm’s in-house vehicle damage specialist, who is not an attorney. All negotiation with insurers is handled by the firm’s attorney.
Four steps. You pay nothing up front, and you’re never left guessing where things stand.
Call, text or send the form. We listen, ask the right questions and tell you plainly whether you have a case and what it’s likely to involve.
From day one, adjusters talk to us, not you. We lock down the police report, camera footage, witness statements and medical records before they disappear.
Medical bills, lost wages, future care, pain and the ways your life changed. Then we demand what the claim is actually worth, not what the insurer opens with.
Most cases settle. If a fair offer never comes, we file suit and prepare for trial. Either way, the decision to accept an offer is always yours.
Our name is a promise.
A samara is the winged seed of a maple tree. It is built for one job: to carry something precious a long way and set it down safely. That is exactly what we signed up to do for the people who call us.
When you’re hurt, you shouldn’t have to learn insurance law, chase records or argue with adjusters. You should be able to hand it to someone who will carry it well, keep you informed and get you where you need to go.
Built to carry you through.Your case is not handed down a chain of paralegals. The lawyer you meet is the lawyer who handles it.
From medical care to vehicle recovery, the injury claim and the car claim are handled together, by people who know both.
If your case is weak, we’ll say so. If an offer is good, we’ll say that too. No pressure in either direction.
You’ll know what happened this week and what happens next. Calls and texts get returned.

Three things the insurance company hopes you don’t know.
In most Georgia injury cases you have two years from the date of injury to file a lawsuit. Claims against a city, county or the State can require formal written notice in as little as six months. Miss the deadline and the claim is gone, no matter how strong it was.
Georgia follows a modified comparative negligence rule. If you were less than 50% responsible, you can still recover, reduced by your share of the fault. Adjusters know this, which is why they work so hard to pin a percentage on you early.
Store and traffic camera footage is overwritten in days. Vehicles get repaired or scrapped. Witnesses move. A recorded statement to the other driver’s insurer can be used against you. Talk to us before you talk to them.
Good questions. Honest answers.
Don’t see yours? Ask us directly. The consultation is free and there is no obligation.
How much does it cost to hire you?
Nothing up front. We work on a contingency fee, which means our fee is a percentage of what we recover for you, and we advance the costs of the case. If there is no recovery, you owe us no attorney fee. We explain the percentage and how costs work in plain terms before you sign anything.
Should I talk to the other driver’s insurance adjuster?
Not before you talk to a lawyer. Adjusters are trained to get recorded statements and quick, low settlements while you are still in pain and unsure what your injuries will cost. You are not required to give a recorded statement to the other side’s insurer. Let us handle that conversation.
What about my car? The insurer’s offer seems low.
It usually is. Total-loss offers come from valuation software that leans low, and most people accept them because they don’t know how to push back. Our in-house vehicle specialist runs an independent valuation of your car and we challenge the offer with it. If your car was repaired instead, it is now worth less because of the accident history, and Georgia law lets you recover that diminished value from the at-fault driver’s insurer. We pursue that too.
How much is my case worth?
Anyone who gives you a number in the first phone call is guessing. Value depends on your medical treatment, whether your injuries are permanent, lost income, how clearly fault can be proven and how much insurance coverage exists. What we can promise is to find out what it is actually worth before we let anyone settle it.
How long will it take?
It depends mostly on how long your medical treatment takes, because settling before you know the full extent of your injuries almost always leaves money on the table. Straightforward claims can resolve in months. Cases that go into litigation take longer. We will give you a realistic timeline early and update it as things change.
What if I can’t afford a doctor right now?
Get checked anyway, and tell us. Delays in treatment hurt both your health and your claim. Depending on your situation there may be options such as your own medical payments coverage, health insurance, or providers who will treat you and wait to be paid from the settlement. We can walk you through what applies to you.
Will I have to go to court?
Probably not. The large majority of injury claims settle without a trial. But insurers pay fair value to the people they believe are prepared to go to court, so we prepare every case as if it will. If filing suit is the right move, we will explain why and what it involves before anything happens.
Not sure you have a case? It costs nothing to find out.
Tell us what happened. We’ll review it, explain your options and answer your questions, with no pressure and no obligation.
